This section sets out the application details for obtaining the Digital Certificate needed to operate inside “e-puertobilbao”.

The registration process comprises the following four steps:
It will be necessary to fill out the form that appears on your screen for each of the company persons and work posts that are going to operate on “e-puertobilbao”.
This is because Digital Certificates are unique for each person and each work post (team).
With the application number obtained in Step 1, a representative of the company should present the following documents at the Single Window Customer Service Desk of the Port Authority of Bilbao:
Original document of power of attorney of company’s legal representative.
Photocopy of Identity Card of the legal representative and of those of the users who are going to operate on "e-puertobilbao" and who have already filled out application forms.
A company certificate, issued by its legal representative, authorising him/her or the users involved, to operate on “e-puertobilbao” on the company’s behalf.
On this document the authorised users should be explicitly indicated together with their first names and both (where applicable) surnames, their IDs and their posts.
After the accreditation process, the Port Authority of Bilbao will issue the certificate for it to be installed at the work post from where it has been applied for.
