The PORT AUTHORITY OF BILBAO, hereon APB, has created this website to allow its users access to both specific information and to the provision of the services and activities it contains. The data contained here comes from multiple sources, and APB makes it available for personal and individual use as an end-user licence. Therefore any commercialisation of this right to access is strictly forbidden. In general, this licence agreement and the relations between the APB and users derived from contracting the products and services contained on the present website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, independently of the user’s legal environment. In this sense, APB and the user, will expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them to be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bilbao for all those questions that might arise or actions that might be exercised that are derived from the service provided by the website and from its services and content in addition to those concerning the interpretation, application, compliance or non compliance of what is established here.

Terms and conditions

Access to and/or use of this website assigns the right of user to whoever does so. In turn, the user, from that very moment, fully accepts without any reservation knowledge and acceptance of the legal warnings of use contained in the same. APB reserves the right to modify these licence conditions at any time without previous warning.

Every attempt will be made to limit the effects of maintenance tasks to a minimum.

Data protection

Personal data gathered on this website will be used with the purpose, in the way and with the limitations and rights set out in Organic Law 15 /13 December 1999 pertaining to Personal Data Protection within the framework of Spanish legislation. Data provided by users will be added to personal files under APB liability where they will be confidentially kept.

Users providing personal data, unequivocally consent to both the addition of their data to personal data files under APB liability and to the computerized processing or not of the same with a view to their being used by APB for personalization, operative and statistical commercial ends and for activities characteristic of its competence; likewise, users expressly authorise APB to extract and store data and market studies in order to be able to adapt its offers to personal profiles. Once the whole relation with the user has ended, APB will be able to keep their data in compliance with legal obligations.

APB will cancel data that have been gathered, when they cease to be necessary or relevant to the purpose which they were gathered for or registered. If such data were to be used for a different purpose than that for which they were gathered, previous consent of the interested parties would be required.

Users whose data is the object of processing may freely exercise their rights of opposition, access and information, rectification, cancellation of their data and annulment of authorisation without any retroactive effects in the terms set out in the abovementioned Organic Law 15 /13 December 1999 in accordance with the legally established procedure.
