Support

The e-puertobilbao platform has a technical back-up department to develop new services and to maintain day-to-day operations.

This department depends on the Area of Competitiveness of the Port Authority of Bilbao and consists of the manager of this area, two higher technicians, a systems technician and four staff for the user attention centre.

Likewise, for tasks involving analysis and new services development, the department is supported by two technological partners, one for solution development, and the other exclusively for communications management and security.
