The data will be communicated to other Public Administrations whenever necessary for compliance with the purposes listed above, provided that there are legal regulations that protect them.
In addition, the Entity has contracted the tool GESTIONA from the company ESPUBLICO SERVICIOS PARA LA ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL S.A., which is responsible for processing the data according to the contract signed between the parties.
What are your rights as regards the data provided?
Every individual has the right to obtain information about whether or not their personal data is being processed by this Entity. Individuals have the right to access their personal data, and to know the period of storage of their data, and even to obtain a copy of the data being processed.
They also have the right to rectify the data if inaccurate. (For example, data subjects may request that their address be corrected, their name to be changed, etc.).
Individuals have the right to restrict processing .To do this they must contact the Data Processor, who will suspend the processing of data when an individual requests the rectification or suppression of their data, until the request has been resolved.
Individuals may exercise the right to suppression (right to be forgotten) provided that the circumstances established in the RGPD are met.
Individuals may exercise the right to object to the processing, always for reasons related to their personal situation, unless there is a legitimate interest, or where necessary for the exercise or defence of legal claims. Similarly, when the processing is for the purpose of direct marketing.
